Buyers and Suppliers must discuss product compliance requirements during the RFQ/negotiation

Buyers and Suppliers must discuss product compliance requirements during the RFQ/negotiation process to avoid production delays and fines at the port of entry.

Exporta provides product labeling, testing, and certifications services with our third-party providers upon request to comply with regulations such as Proposition 65, CPSC rules for Children’s products, TSCA VI, CARB II, Law Label, TB117-13, Country of Origin, and many more. But ultimately, buyers and suppliers are responsible for understanding and complying with the law in order to export and import their products safely.
