How does the logistics process work?

Our Logistics is a Door-to-Door process

Our process starts with an RFQ submitted by the buyer, where one or multiple suppliers bid and submit quotes for a chance to become a long-term manufacturing partner to this particular buyer. 


Once the buyer receives a formal quote from the supplier and approves it, the buyer will have the option to order a sample. We highly encourage buyers and suppliers to use the sampling stage to ensure the final product meets specifications and quality. Skipping the sampling stage may limit buyers from submitting disputes or claims in case a problem is found with a purchase order.  


All formal quotes have an assigned INCOTERM or International Commercial Terms to make sure buyers and suppliers understand the tasks, costs, and risks associated with the global or international transportation and delivery of goods. 


Suppliers will always quote in EXW and with Exporta’s support, buyers will be able to get pricing for the following INCOTERMS: FOB, FCA,  CIF, and DDP.


Exporta offers shipping services for both sample and purchase orders leveraging our trusted carrier network with a wide range of transportation methods such as Air Express, Air Cargo, Ocean LCL, Ocean FCL, Inland TL,  Inland LTL, and Last-mile Delivery.
