How do I file a claim or a dispute?

In case a Buyer receives a damaged or off-quality product, the Buyer will have 5 days after receiving the product to submit a formal claim; Exporta will only accept the claim if one of the following holds true:

  • Damaged Product
  • Missing Product
  • Off-quality Product
  • Different than Approved Sample
